Other Rules-House rules
1. Refrain from sitting with wet garments in the sofas and beds.
2. Dishes and dinnerware must be cleaned of residues before being washed - to avoid clogging the sinks.
3. Do not litter in the toilets. TP and any other trash are to be deposited in the trash cans beside the toilet.
4. We kindly ask you to wash the sand off at the beach shower before entering the condo.
5. Please, refrain from changing or rearranging cables in the media centers/devices.
6. Use the electricity as you would at home. Please note there is an electric fee payable at the end of your stay.
7. Please refrain from leaving the AC units on throughout the day -if not in the property. Also, note that all doors and windows should be shut while the ACs are on. Each unit can only climatize the space where it is installed.
8. Provided knives and cooking utensils should be used for their specific purpose. Please refrain from using our cooking knives to open cans, coconuts, shopping bones, and/or any other hard things.
9. We kindly ask you to refrain from using our towels (bath and/or beach towels) when using tanning lotions or to remove make-up. *Stained or missing towels entitle a 50.00 American dollars reposition value per item.
10. Mind the remotes: missing AC or TV/cable remotes has a reposition cost of 100 American dollars
11. All the condo’s equipment is privately owned and as such, any item used outside must be returned to the property before checking out. *Missing or damaged equipment will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.
12. Renters are not allowed to invite people to the community. This means that, if your friends/family are not staying in the resort, they can’t come to the property.

-Resort Cohabitation Rules:
1. No loud music at anytime
2. No pets allowed
3. No hanging clothing or towels over the condo’s railings
4. No visitors allowed. Entrance will only be granted to the guests reported at the time of the reservation. *This means that, if your friends/family are not staying within the resort, they can’t come into the apartment.
5. Use only your assigned parking space or those labeled as “visitas” (one per reservation).
6. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to operate motor vehicles.
7. Guests must wear shirts in the building’s hallway, staircases, and in the restaurant.

*Pool rules
8.Pool hours: 8AM - 7PM
9. It is forbidden to use glassware or glass bottles around the pool deck and inside the pool.
10. No food -while inside the pool.
11. No speakers or music being played around/in the pool
12. Mandatory use of bathing suits in the swimming pool. If wearing a shirt, must be made for swimming, not flannel.

*Beach amenities
13. It is forbidden to reserve loungers unless you are in the water. Towels or belongings left in the loungers unattended -for several hours- will be removed by security personnel.
