The space
Located on the first floor is a suite that features A/C and a ceiling fan, providing a cool and pleasant atmosphere. There is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need. A dining area for 6 people and a spacious living room with a TV, sofa, and ceiling fan complete the ground floor. The villa offers sliding doors that, when opened, reveal a spectacular pool surrounded by a patio with garden furniture. This area also includes a full bathroom for added convenience. There is a BBQ zone and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, along with a small area dedicated to cocktail preparation, featuring a sink and a power outlet for connecting blenders or other appliances. The villa also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use. Additionally, there is ample parking within the property.
Upstairs, you’ll find 3 suites with access to a shared balcony that offers spectacular views of the pool, all of which are equipped with A/C and ceiling fans. One of these 3 suites is perfect for families as it includes a double bed and a bunk bed. This upper floor also features an additional balcony with views of the parking area.
