This beautiful villa offers a relaxing and luxurious stay, just 200 meters away from the prestigious Las Ballenas beach and the vibrant town with its restaurants, bars, shops, and pharmacy. The villa is designed to make you feel like you’re in the heart of the Caribbean, allowing you to leave your worries behind and embrace paradise.
The space
Bedrooms: The villa boasts 4 bedrooms, ensuring ample space for you and your guests. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, each with its private bathroom. The upstairs area features a spacious Master suite with its own private bathroom. Additionally, there’s a separate bungalow with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, also with a private bathroom right in front of the pool.
Open Floor Plan: The villa’s open floor plan creates a seamless connection between the living room and a fully equipped kitchen and outside. The kitchen comes with all the essential appliances such as a microwave, blender, toaster, and kitchen utensils, making it convenient for those who enjoy cooking. We offer a professional chef that can come cook for you as well (there is an extra charge for that).
Amenities: The villa is equipped with modern conveniences to enhance your stay. It includes a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning units in each room to keep you comfortable during your stay and great ceiling fans in every living area.
Private Pool and Garden: Enjoy a refreshing dip in your private pool surrounded by an exotic garden. There are also three lounge chairs and a daybed by the pool, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. An outdoor shower adds a tropical touch to your experience. Waterfall from the pool adding to the exotic feel of the island.
Covered Lounge and Dining Area: The villa offers a covered outdoor lounge and dining area, providing a shaded space to unwind or enjoy meals al fresco. More than 12 seating.
Electric Gate and Parking: The property offers two indoor parking spots with an electric gate operated by a remote for added security and convenience.
Guest access
During your stay, you’ll have access to full services with Camilla as your host. Including housekeeping and chef (extra charge), assistance with transportation, car and 4 wheels rentals, tour bookings, and restaurant recommendations and anything you would need to make your stay memorable.
Las Terrenas provides the perfect backdrop for a tropical vacation, with local grocery stores and supermarkets nearby for your convenience and many restaurants on the beach.

Location: The villa is conveniently located just a short walk away from the beaches and town. With everything within walking distance, you won’t need a car to explore the area. Steps away from the best beaches and spectacular sunsets. Quiet neighborhood and no constructions nearby.
Electricity Consumption: Please note that electricity in Las Terrenas is very expensive. To manage costs efficiently. A FEE of $20 per night is required to cover electricity usage.
